In high school I was a cross country and track athlete, who later became a collegiate rower who sustained many injuries and training burnout throughout my athletic journey. Over the last 5 years, I coached high school and college cross country & track. During my coaching career,JOGA bolstered my high school and college athletes to integrate the three pillars of JOGA breath, physical and relaxation work into practice and competition. I currently work and train in Strategic Athletic and Performance/Sports Coaching. JOGA is the best gift an athlete can grant their body and mind. Developing integrity and respecting each athlete and team no matter where they are in their wellness process or path is a priority as a JOGA coach.
