MY STORY

Why JOGA:
JOGA is the definition of “Active Recovery”. Offering the perfect alternative for athletes to prevent overtraining, allowing them to still “Feel the burn” without the burnout.

Favourite part of being a coach:
Introducing athletes to a challenging new way for them to rediscover their physicality.

If you could be anywhere in the world where would it be:
In Vietnam training Muay Thai.

One thing you’re thankful for:
Being able to still count my list of “permanent injuries” on one hand.
