The JOGA sessions will strengthen all the systems of the body while focusing on your physical, mental and emotional well-being. The JOGA meditations will help you reset your nervous system and will give you tools to use when you are back in everyday life.

If you are new to JOGA, a JOGA coach or someone who has been practicing JOGA for years, this retreat in the perfect balance of work + fun!

We will also be offering an add on for those who want the JOGA Level 1a certification. There will be five one hour workshops as well as an online portion for your to work through before the retreat.

About The Five Hotel Playa Del Carmen
