Reneé’s Joga Story
I’ve been an athlete my whole life and I have struggled with my flexibility and mobility (T-spine, Hips). I started doing yoga and loved it but struggled with many of the postures (due to lack of flexibility).
The moment I was introduced to JOGA, I knew right away that I had found the solution for people like me. There was something about it that just made a whole lot of sense and my body felt safe the whole time I was in a session.
What I love about JOGA is that it not only prepares your body physically for competition, but it also prepares your mind, giving athletes tools they can use on and off the court/field/rink/track…
As a teacher and coach, I want to be able to give athletes the opportunity to become better movers/players/competitors and JOGA can do that. My mission is to share this knowledge/practice with young athletes in order to give them the edge they have been looking for.
