I found JOGA by chance when searching for a form of injury prevention for my 2 young hockey boys. The minute I researched this program, I knew this is something I wanted to learn more about and share with others.
I am passionate about being able to give youth in sport, elite athletes and the everyday human, tools to help them achieve a superior functioning body. Not only having them feel it working in their bodies but to have them understand why they are doing each movement, breath pattern and relaxation element and how this can help them.
My focus is to keep all my clients challenged, injury free and wanting to keep JOGA in their weekly schedule. Who doesn’t want a little JOGA in their life?
