Jessica’s Joga Story
As a passionate pilates instructor and all around fitness enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for new and different ways to train. I have personally found traditional yoga classes a bit inaccessible for my body, but after my first JOGA session I was hooked. JOGA allows us to build mobility, stability and strength while integrating breath work and injury prevention. The opportunity to combine the benefits of yoga with movements that are designed with tighter, athletic bodies in mind is like nothing I had experienced before!
