Hunter’s Joga Story
My athletic upbringing gave me the experience to know that athletes need structure, challenge, and results to stay engaged. My study of yoga gives me the understanding of how important breathwork, movement, and relaxation are for recovery. Joga brings these two world’s together by pairing safe, accessible biomechanic movements with cognizant, controlled breathwork.
Simply put, adding Joga to your strength and conditioning program will result in improved mental and physical performance, and quicker recovery times both on and off the court.
