Working with Jodian over the past 3 years, I have noticed a big-time improvement in the way I felt physically, but also in the way I was able to elevate the mindfulness component to movement. Jodian does a great job in her evaluation of the body, the current strengths and weaknesses and builds a plan to ensure both overall strength, mobility and balance. These three pillars have improved my game on the field and my recovery off of it. Proper cueing, firing patterns and posture all major components that keeps us athletes healthy, and therefore able to perform. I very much look forward to continuing to work with Jodian and use the benefits of JOGA as part of my off-season and in-season routine.
