As an active father of three and grandfather of four, I was looking for something to improve my physical condition. My friend, Carlie, invited me to try out her JOGA class. Traditional Yoga never really worked for me, so I was a bit apprehensive to try Joga. After my first class, I immediately realized that my range of motion, stability, core strength, and breathing techniques were in need of improvement. I have been extremely happy with the results I have experienced over the last year. My lower back pain has virtually disappeared and I feel so much stronger and centered.
