Lisa was an important member of our CFL Ottawa REDBLACKS High Performance Team during my time as the Head Athletic Therapist. Lisa introduced JOGA to our football players and it was an instant hit because of Lisa’s coaching and technical skills – she truly inspired them.  There’s no doubt Lisa significantly contributed to our players health and wellness. She’s a great team player and I to this day continue to recommend her skills and services.
