As an athlete in my early 60s, I have occasionally had injuries and issues that needed to be taken into account when doing Joga. Lisa has been able to modify and personalize my sessions to both accommodate for the issue and offer ways to strengthen and improve mobility of the areas involved. As a coach, she always manages to get you working hard while still making her sessions enjoyable, non-judgmental and effective. Lisa’s knowledge of and passion for Joga is clearly evident in her classes.
